He developed the world’s first anti-gravity suit used in combat during the Second World War, as well as Canada’s first human centrifuge to test it. The center stamps shows W. Rupert Turnbull who was a pioneering aeronautical engineer and developed a device that improved the performance of a plane significantly. The right stamps shows Kenneth Patrick who founded CAE Inc. Germany: Heligoland Lighthouse

Heligoland Lighthouse (German: Leuchtturm Helgoland) is located on Germany's only offshore island, Heligoland. Constructed during World War II as an anti-aircraft tower, it was turned into a lighthouse in 1952. It features the strongest light on the German North Sea coast with a range of 28 nautical miles (52 km) so that it can be seen as far as on the East Frisian or the North Frisian islands and Halligen. The lighthouse is operated by the Tönning water and shipping authority.

I'm very happy to get these two cards with a matching postmark and the 2023 issued Heligoland Lighthouse stamp. The first card shows a painting of Birgitt Schumacher, the second card shows a painting of Stefan Dobritz.
