I sent this Cover to myself during my visit at IBRA23.
The "Tag der Bundeswehr" is an anual open-door event at several locationas of the german federal defence. I was able to get some covers from the Event at the naval base in Wilhelmshaven.

Hikkim is a village in Lahaul and Spiti district in the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh at an elevation of 4,400 m (14,400 ft). Hikkim village has a post office situated at an elevation of 4,400 m (14,400 ft) and this post office is the one of the highest post offices in the world. Inarguably , the post office located in India's highest altitude. The post office connects small villages in this isolated region to the rest of the world.

The 49th G7 summit was held from 19 to 21 May 2023 in Hiroshima city of Hiroshima Prefecture. Leaders of G7 countries joined in Hiroshima city to discuss a number of challenges to peace and prosperity facing the global order while consulting with invited guests. The issues discussed included the Russian invasion of Ukraine and effects on the international order, climate change, the COVID-19 pandemic, and other geopolitical crises.

Lufthansa Cargo has added Hanoi as a new destination to its global B777F route network for the winter flight schedule 2022/2023. The inaugural flight took place on November 2nd in Frankfurt. With a stop in Mumbai, India, the Boeing 777F reached Hanoi, Vietnam on schedule on November 3rd. The covers below document these flights.

First established in 1922 as a teachers college, it is one of the oldest functioning institutions of higher learning in Malaysia. Named after the late Sultan Idris Murshidul Azam Shah, the 28th Sultan of Perak, the college was opened on 29 November 1922 and celebrated its 100th Anniversary in 2022.

Guizhou University (Chinese: 贵州大学), known as Guida (贵大), is a provincial research university located in suburban Guiyang, capital of Guizhou, China. Founded in 1902, it is the flagship institution of higher learning in Guizhou province. The university was a national key university in the “One Province, One School” project in the Midwest of China. With over 30,000 students, Guizhou University is one of the largest universities in Southwest China and is consistently ranked the best in the province. The university is also included in the Chinese state Double First Class University Plan.

Okinawa Prefecture (沖縄県, Japanese: Okinawa-ken) is a prefecture of Japan. Okinawa Prefecture is the southernmost and westernmost prefecture of Japan and has a population of 1,457,162 (as of 2 February 2020). Okinawa was occupied by the United States during the Allied occupation of Japan after World War II and was governed by the Military Government of the Ryukyu Islands from 1945 to 1950 and Civil Administration of the Ryukyu Islands from 1950 until the prefecture was returned to Japan in 1972. Okinawa comprises just 0.6 percent of Japan's total land mass, but about 26,000 (75%) of United States Forces Japan personnel are assigned to the prefecture; the continued U.S. military presence in Okinawa is controversial.
